Come See Us!

Calvary Alameda is a loving group of regular people who want to lift up the name of Jesus Christ and encourage each other to grow in our walk with Him.

What are your services like?

Whether it is through the music, prayer or preaching, God's word is at the center of all of our gatherings. Each Sunday Morning Experience includes a time of prayer, preaching and giving. The sermons are built on God’s Word, not the pastor's ideas, and aim at transforming our lives to be more like Jesus Christ. We believe in the message of 2 Corinthians 3:17 and have structured our Sunday Morning Experience to be a time of freedom. You are free to worship God through prayer, partaking in communion, singing, honoring God through tithes and offerings, and journaling. For your convenience worship elements can be found at any of our four worship stations located around the main auditorium.

Where should I park?

We have a parking lot with designated spots for seniors and handicap, near the front door, and spots just for our guests. There is usually street parking available if you come a few minutes early. We conveniently also have a passenger loading/unloading zone in front of the church if our lot is full.

Where should I go when I enter the building?

We have greeters located at the front door who would be happy to help you find where you need to go. The main auditorium is located to the right hand side through our main entrance. Discover Kid's check-in and registration is located down the main hallway just past the main auditorium. Restrooms are located on the left hand side towards the back of the main hallway.

Do you provide childcare?

Clean, well-staffed nurseries for infants and toddlers are provided during all Sunday Morning Experiences. Check-in or register at Discover Calvary Kid's booth conveniently located right next to the nursery.

What should I wear?

We are more concerned about you and your presence with us than we are with what you wear. As a church, we gather to worship and lift up Jesus Christ and want to dress in a way that honors God. Most of our members wear something in the range of casual to business casual.
